The military registration and enlistment office in Pinsk (Brest region) claimed that Ihar Salavej, activist of the Movement for Freedom (MFF), has been temporarily restricted to go abroad.

Iron-barred windows, in Belarusian prisons, are made of particular metal plates brazed to windows called by prisoners “eyelashes”. This kind of windows makes such a vision through them that one can only see either a part of sky or a piece of road. Of course it impedes the air to come through such windows as well. As I know this kind of windows sank into oblivion as regards to the civilized world.
