I think it would be useful if I tell the readers how prison administration force convicts to work. I have been working in the Škloŭ prison for half month. You will hardly imagine how much I got for my work. For half month I got just 4.000 (four thousands) nor American dollar neither both Euro and even Russian ruble…

A straight look from behind “barbed wire” (Part III)

Iron-barred windows, in Belarusian prisons, are made of particular metal plates brazed to windows called by prisoners “eyelashes”. This kind of windows makes such a vision through them that one can only see either a part of sky or a piece of road. Of course it impedes the air to come through such windows as well. As I know this kind of windows sank into oblivion as regards to the civilized world.
